The Sheepskin Factory is dedicated to respecting and preserving your private information. We may collect and store information, personal or otherwise, that you voluntarily supply either while on our website or via email. Personal information such as name, address, email, survey data and feedback provided by you is used only by the Sheepskin Factory. No personal information is shared, rented or sold. Credit card information is destroyed within 24 hours after the transaction you authorized is completed. If the Sheepskin Factory becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will provide notice on our website before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.


Returns Refunds 30 Day Money Back Guarantee We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-custom made items for a full refund (minus any shipping, and handling ) within 30 days of the original shipping date. The item must be in new, unused condition in original packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories and shipped back to us in a shipping box, to ensure full credit.

All purchases must receive prior authorization from the factory before a return can be accepted. If the covers for whatever reason are not accepted back by the SHEEPSKIN factory, they will be returned, and the shipping charged to the customer.

There are no returns on Tailormade (custom made to order) items except for defects in materials or workmanship. This includes all Tailormade Original, Tailormade Insert, Tailormade Supervest, Tailormade Headrest, Tailormade Console, Tailormade Armrest and Tailormade Floor Mats FLOKATI RUGS SHEEPSKIN RUGS.In the event there is a problem, SHEEPSKIN FACTORY will pay to have the covers returned to the factory to evaluate your complaint. In addition SHEEPSKIN FACTORY reserves the right to fix any problems or replace the covers at our discretion. Please remember, when ordering Tailormade seat covers, you acknowledge on the order that you understand that Tailormade covers cannot be returned for a refund. Every cover is made by hand and yes we do occasionally make mistakes although they are very infrequent. It is usually always something small so it is corrected and shipped back to you the same day it comes back into our factory. This includes all of the Tailormade Series of car seat covers, Tailormade Armrests, Tailormade Headrests and Tailormade Console Lid Covers.

SHEEPSKIN FACTORY uses only the best Australian and New Zealand sheepskins, they are very expensive, and the seat covers you want to order takes a team of 3 people between 8 and 12 hours to make, depending on the vehicle and style of seat.

Installation Problems: Having problems installing the seat covers is not a reason to return them. In 95% of all cases where there have been problems, we are able to assist the customer with the installation over the phone, email and video. If after having received assistance from our Installation staff and you are still not satisfied with the fit, we ask that you email us a picture, (If you do not have a computer, please mail us the picture). With the assistance of a picture we are able to see the problem and determine if ità¢â‚¬™s a factory issue or if it was not installed it correctly.

Color Swatch: We recommend you request a color swatch when ordering custom seat covers, (just check the box) there is no cost to you and it reduces the chances of a mistake being made, particularly when colors can differ from computer to computer. If you are in a rush, keep in mind depending on where you live, a color sample will delay your order.

Summary: Please remember, the chances are that we have already installed covers similar to the ones you just purchased. If the vehicle is new when you placed your order, and we don't have a pattern for it yet, we go to our local Dealerships and select the vehicle that is identical to yours and make the template (pattern) identical to your seats, head rests, consoles etc. After having made the templates, we make the covers, take them back to the Dealer and Install them on the car. If there is a problem we fix it, if not we ship it, either way we know the covers fits. With older vehicles, in many cases the covers have already been made hundreds of times so the fit is guaranteed.

When returning your item/s, please include the following information:
  • We require a proof of purchase (receipt) to process all returns/exchanges.
  • Your items should be sent to us in unused and in new condition. We will be unable to process your replacement or credit unless you are returning it due to problems with materials or workmanship.
  • It is the customers responsibility to pay for all insurance and postage on returned items. We, The Sheepskin Factory, cannot credit you for these expenses.
  • Please communicate to us your reason return the item.
  • Include your return address and your phone number if we need to discuss with you problems arising from this return.
  • Let us know whether you would like to have the item repaired, exchange it for another item, or simple get a refund on your purchase. If you would like to exhange the item, please let us know the item we are to send you in its stead.
  • A credit will show up on your credit card statement with 2-4 weeks.
